Small Town Roots
Growing up in an agricultural family in Ivanhoe, North Carolina, I learned early the value of hard work, community, and importance of supporting local farmers. Agriculture has always been more than a way of life-it’s part of who I am. After attending NC State University, I built a career in nursing while remaining deeply connected to the agricultural industry and the values it instilled in me.
Over time, I realized I could combine my love for agriculture with my passion for creativity, and my porch decorating business was born. What began as a way to celebrate the beauty of each season has grown into an opportunity to showcase North Carolina’s incredible agricultural products while creating warm, welcoming spaces for families and friends to enjoy.
Every pumpkin, cornstalk, bale of hay, and seasonal accent represents more than fall decor-it represents the hard work of local growers and the rich agricultural heritage of our state. My hope is that through this business I can inspire others to shop local, support North Carolina farmers, and appreciate the beauty that our farming communities provide each season.
